The artistic director of the Culture and Education Foundation (CEF), Nino Kavtaradze, and the director of the National Youth and Children’s Palace, Tika Rukhadze have signed a memorandum of mutual understanding on Wednesday, January 17th, 2018.
On the bases of a memorandum, the National Youth and Children’s Palace has officially become the host and co-organizer of the Taoba International Youth Film Festival.
