Women in Georgian Cinema 1920-1950
This project, which received support from the Tbilisi City Hall, aimed to conduct research and analysis on the roles of female characters and personnel in Georgian cinema from a post-Soviet perspective. The research was conducted over a significant period of time, with a focus on specific decades and involved processing archival materials. As a result, a 250-page book was produced as part of the project, providing detailed insights and findings on the topic. The primary objective of this project was to raise public awareness of the significant contributions made by women to Georgian cinema during the period of 1920-1950.
