Welcome to the Culture and Education Foundation (CEF), a non-profit organization based in Georgia that is dedicated to promoting the development of young people through cultural and educational projects. Founded by a group of young culture professionals, CEF has been serving society since 2016. Our focus is on improving the critical, creative, and analytical thinking skills of young people and stimulating dialogue on important social issues through art.
We work closely with a variety of partners including local municipalities, the central government, public institutions, and private companies. Some of our most important partners include the European Film Academy, Goethe Institute, French Institute, Italian Embassy in Georgia, European Children’s Film Association, Giffoni International Film Festival, and other cultural institutes across Europe.
Our mission is to support the development of young people in Georgia through cultural-educational projects and promoting film education. We achieve this through several important projects such as the “Taoba International Youth Film Festival” and the “Film Education Institute”.
The Taoba International Youth Film Festival is a festival that aims to promote the development of young filmmakers and showcase their work on an international stage. The Film Education Institute is a project that provides educational programs and resources for young people interested in film-making and other aspects of the film industry.
We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of young people and look forward to working with you to achieve our goals. Thank you for visiting our website and we hope you will join us in our mission.
